If you want the shiny look of granite on your floor but can’t afford it, why not consider polished porcelain? I was originally deciding between Marble and Granite, but both were around the same price, over $9 per sq ft. My budget was a little lower than that. When I mentioned it to the salesperson at the flooring store, he recommended polished porcelain. I’m so glad he did because the look was quite similar, but the difference in price was huge!
